Training and Development

A tentative schedule of workshops & training is taken from all Kendriya Vidyalayas in the month of April 2023. Workshops and training schedules are being prepared and implemented at regional level as per needs basis and direction given by KVS (HQ). All the Kendriya Vidyalayas follow these schedules in letter and spirit.

Broad aims of Workshops and Trainings:

• To sensitize the teachers towards the needs, interest and problems of the students.
• Capacity building and change in attitude of the teachers.
• To update the employee with changes and developments taking place in the arena of education.
